Cure Heart Disease By Yoga Pranayama Exercises

Heart disease is known as cardiovascular disease. Now a day’s heart disease is most common. we can notice in older people as well as young generation. The research found that the rate of heart problem increased day by day due to a stressful life and due to some other reasons. Before some years heart problem was limited mostly to older people but we can see now in young generation also and it is a serious thing.

The heart plays important role in our body which pumps the blood throughout the blood vessels continuously. The most common heart disease is blockages (narrowing) in the arteries, blood vessels of heart which is known as coronary artery disease. For a healthy heart, there should not be any disturbance in the blood vessels or arteries.

Pranayama is the breathing technique which

  2. Pranayama improves the blood circulation, which is very important for the heart to pump properly.
  3. Pranayama calms the mind
  4. Cures anxiety and depression.
  5. Pranayama releases stress and depression.
  6. Remove artery blockages.

One short story of a person suffering from 2 blockages in his arteries, wanted to share with you.
A doctor advised him for the ” Angioplasty” as soon as possible to save his life. But the “Angioplasty” is so expensive that poor man can’t afford it. Then he heard about the benefits of pranayama and started to practice daily for 10 days. After that, he went to the doctor for a checkup again. A doctor did not find any blockage in his arteries. Doctors were surprised to see this because the previous reports were showing 2 blockages and now there is nothing. Doctor asks him what he has done for 10 days. The man replied “only pranayama (breathing exercises)“. So nowadays doctor also recommending pranayama for heart disease.

Precautions

  1. It is important to consult your doctor if there is any serious issue with your heart.  Because in some case surgery, medicine and pranayama are important.
  2. Heart problem patient should practice slowly with precaution. Should not breathe fast.
  3. Practice under expert guidance
  4. Should not overdo.

    dear heart patients ,
    any heart patient who has underwent angioplasty/ heart surgery or angiography and is suspecting any blockage should start immediately doing anulom vilom pranayama for 45 minutes both the times in open atmosphere i.e. fresh air. the inhalation and exhalation has to be deep/ long and silent/ noiseless. one can open his blocked arteries completely with in 3-6 months. the relief can be observed with in a weeks period.
    heart patients has to perform heart mudra/ apaan vayu mudra for 48 minutes in a day. it can be made for 3 times in a day for 16 minutes each.

      you said – anuloma viloma pranayam should be done 45 minutes each 2 times a day – morning and evening.

      This part I understood…

      but,

      there is a phrase “AFTER A WEEKS PERIOD” in your above post. I did not quite understand that. Please explain.

      Also, if possible in your free time please share in detail and clear – the activities that has to be performed to cure cardio vascular problem. That will help millions of people. GOD Bless You… Thank you….

    Dear all heart patients/ friends,

    please follow my above activities in totality on regular basis and get rid from all the ailments related with the heart, whether it is blockage, low ejection fraction of the heart, arrhythmia, heart enlargement, high cholesterol level , angina pain, suffocation during walk, walking upstairs, any type of heart valves problem , irregular heart beats/ pulse missing etc. etc. ( i.e. all cardiovascular diseases )

    I will also suggest to consume 3/4 walnuts and 7/8 almonds after taking walk and doing all above activities. Both the walnuts and almonds are to be soaked in previous night.

  • Hi, My brother in law has been diagonised with HCF. Wanted to know if he can continue with Anulom Vilom, Pranayam and Kapalbathi which he has been doing since a year for 10 mins everyday. Also pls suggest the diet control and any other herbs and medicines to cure this problem.

    I am suffering from cardiomyopathy and ventricular tachycardia with EF – 27% in MRI and 35%in echo. Doctors are advising to put ICD. I am 38years old and a mother of a 7 year old. I am against the device. I am already doing 7 pranayam since last 10 days. I wish i had started doing that earlier as the change is visible and noticeable. Can you please suggest yogasana/ diet/ herbal or ayurvedic medicines for healing from my condition naturally.

      TO GET RID FROM ANY TYPE OF PROBLEM RELATED WITH HEART, PL. GO ON DOING
      1. ANULOM VILOM PRANAYAMA 45 MINUTES IN MORNING AND 45 MINUTES IN EVENING.
      2. PERFORM FOLLOWING HASTA MUDRA — APAAN VAYU MUDRA (HIRDAYA MUDRA)
      BY PUTTING INDEX FINGER OF BOTH THE HANDS IN THE ROOT OF THUMB AND JOINING
      TIPS OF THE RING FINGER AND MIDDLE FINGER WITH THE TIP OF THUMBS.
      THIS MUDRA IS TO BE PERFORMED FOR 48 MINUTES IN A DAY. YOU CAN DO IT IN 3 T IMES
      WITH 16 MINUTES EACH TIME.

  • Can any body suggest some yogas for me. I have 3 blocks in the left side. Is it possible to remove the block by yoga or pranayama?

    • I am nirmal bhamra 69 year old. In 2006 I was inserted stent in 2006 in my heart. Now by my medical checkup in angography shows partial blockage in right side artery. So what should I do and can I practice yoga exercise which name is kapal bhati. can you please advise me for this yoga exercise. Wait for your reply.

    I , MYSELF UNDER WENT THREE TIMES ANGIOPLASTY AND IS HAVING 4 NOS OF STENTS. MY TWO ARTERIES LAD AND RCA ARE HAVING ONE STENT EACH WHILE LCX IS HAVING TWO STENTS. STENT INSIDE ISTENT BECAUSE OF BLOCKING OF FIRST STENT.

    I STARTED DOING PRANAYAMA AFTER LEARNING FROM RECOGNISED YOGA CENTRE. FOLLOWING PRANAYAMAS ARE VERY VERY EFFECTIVE TO REMOVE THE HEART BLOCKAGES :-
