Should i continue to do so or i should take lemon water daily and aloe amla juice after an hour after having lemon water. Is it helpful to have a glass of lemon water at night.? Plz suggest. Is it compulsory to have lemon with honey..can o continue without honey..as i suffer from constipation ,and my grandma says consuming honey is not advisable for those who suffer for constipation. Hot water is good for acidity. You can drink only hot water once you wake up in the morning. We suggest you to drink hot water only throughout the day instead of cold water. I have been reading many of your suggestions on weight loss and I would appreciate your advise on the following:
1. I have slight bone problem osteoporosis and when i take lemon in lukewarm water i notice my joints pain more. I have now been taking 2 glasses of warm honey mixed water in the morning. Is that okay?
2. After honey water i have another glass or so of warm water then freshen up.
3. I then take 20-25 ml of amla juice fixed in little water.
4. After some time and every alternate day i take around 30 ml of pure aloevera juice by forever company.
5. Then in the night around 45 mins after dinner i drink lukewarm water and mix a little bit of amla juice.
I do yoga atleast 4 days a week and unable to take time for brisk walk. Still I dont observe any weight loss. I dont have a junk diet but have normal home cooked food. I have a very important event next week, is there anyway i can loose even a kg in 5 days. I am 43 yrs, unmarried, 5 ft and weigh around 57.8 kg

Each person having different body type. Those having joint pain or other poor bone health should avoid sour (Khatta) taste food or fruit. It will increase your problem so plz avoid it. Basically lemon is good for bone because it is full of vitamin c but if you are suffering from more joint pain then avoid it. You can continue with warm lemon water with honey and other tips which we have given in previous mail. You can do it, never give up. Best of luck.
