Empty Stomach: Pranayama should be done on an empty stomach always for better results. A person should have a gap of 5 hours between the meal. In the morning or evening, you can do the pranayama. When you wake up in the morning drink 2 glasses of warm water and go for a walk to improve digestion.
Positive Thinking: Pranayama develops positive thinking. It gives confidence and boosts energy level. Because positive thinking develops the positive energy and it helps to cure disease.
A place to Pranayama or Yogasana: The place for yoga should be clean and with full of fresh air.
Do not eat before Pranayama or Yogasana: There should be a 5-hours gap between the meals and yoga time.

I have clostrofobia… I am a Property Consultant and showing properties on various floors is my daily routine.. now I have Stopped working as property agent and am home… I am just 52 years old young boy physically fit fine and fresh with positive attitude all the time.. Practice seven pranayama in the morning in (fresh air) an in the evening on an empty stomach. Practice each pranayama for 5 minutes daily and stay healthy.
Should not over do. Those suffering from heart problem or high blood pressure should do slowly.
When you wake up in the morning drink 2 glass of warm water then go for walking or jogging. After that take a rest for 15 minutes then start pranayama. Regular practice of pranayama will enhance your immune system.
