  • I don’t know what is wrong with my knees but the pain often wakes me up. I can’t have them bent too long or when I extend them, they hurt horribly! I had a friend suggest Yoga and I came across this in a search so I will try these poses. I’m not sure why I get the knee pains. I am in my late 20’s with no health issues to speak of but I don’t move enough, maybe that is it.
