    Am working in IT sector now a days the main problem of IT people is belly fat.
    As we have no more time and Its not possible to make more practise.
    So please suggest me which type of yoga and pranayama i should have to do.
    Am a vegeterian so please suggest me what should i eat in breakfast,lunch and dinner.

      Yes in IT sector belly fat is common. But i will tell you one thing that in IT stress, depression and tension causes weight gain, irritable bowel and acidity.
      You will have to follow some tips.

      1. Do not sit for more than 30 -40 minutes continuously. Keep moving if possible.
      2. No rice.
      3. Drink only warm water throughout the day.
      4. Kapalbhati is excellent pranayama. You can do it while working. Yes it is possible. Only should not practice after lunch. Keep habit of it. It will lose belly fat.
      5. Drink warm Lemon honey juice daily helps to reduce fats. Do not ad sugar
      6. Cut off dairy product and sugar product. No sweets, alcohol.

        1:-As you replaied on food items not to take bread and rice then what should you have to eat on luncch and dinner.
        2:-You are not replaied me perticularly what should i eat perticularly on breakfast,meal,tiffin and dinner .
        3:-is it better to do kapalvati pranayam on evening or any time.
        As time is a big factor for us to manage.

Small meals through out the day. If you cant stay without rice then have less rice in lunch. But these tips are for reducing overall weight.     I started gyming a month back and I am 6 ft tall and was 88.9 then my normal weight according to my height should be 76 – 77. Today I weigh 83. I lost 6 kgs, but the problem is no one is noticing that I’ve lost weight and mainly I myself am not noticing it. And my main problem is that I have a lot of belly fat. Inspite of losing 6 kgs my belly fat is the same I’ve measured it with a tape and it’s the same. I’m worried about it. Any suggestions to lose belly fat sir ?

    Firstly As my office timing is finished at 6.30 or 7 sometimes its 5.
    Then if i will walk normaly 1 km per day with this timing and doing kapalvati
    for 30 minutes a day is it better for me?

    Secondly it is not possible to avoid rice as actually have no time to made chapati and
    also stay with friends and everyone are so busy with their work.
    so please suggest me what should i do?

    Thirdly my weight is 60 kg and age is 24 and height is 5’4”.
    Only my problem is belly fat nothing else.

    I was doing yoga whenbi was at age 16 to 19 and then I started playing badminton and not intentionally I left doing yoga. But at age 32 I suffered with severe heart attack and gone through angio plasty. But now I am trying to do yoga but the problem is my body fat. I was doing garbhasana, mayurasana and chakrasana too… but its now not possible… even I can’t get to padmasana. What you suggest?

    It’s good to see all of your guidelines and responses to all .I am 29 years old last year I got married and my weight is 50 I wanna loose my weight of belly to conceive as soon as possoble I know the yoga poses and home remedies to get rid from belly fat but the problem is my fast at home is more I have to arrange all reuired things to in laws so fast walking after surysnamaskars and yoga all are at a time not possible bcuz overall it takes 1 hour and 30 minutes so its not possible for me so plz suggest how to do manage all are to cut belly fat to conceive and doctor said to me don’t to do vigorious exercises to conceive but cut belly fat so plz guide me how to cut my belly fat without doing vigorous exercises
