Most of the people are very conscious about their health and especially about their weight and shape. So peoples are looking for the medicine for fast weight loss.   1. First, decide how much weight you have to lose according to your height.
  2. Avoid oily and fatty foods and include lots of vegetables and fruits.
  3. Drink lots of water at least 8 glasses in a day and avoid sodas, teas, coffee, and beer.
  4. Avoid fast eating and chew everything you eat properly.
  5. Start exercising in the morning at least for 45 to 1 hour.
  6. Walking and jogging is very important in the morning which helps to reduce weight fast.
  7. Start Yogasana and Pranayama exercise for weight loss.
  8. Never miss your breakfast but eat when you are hungry. Have a breakfast which is high in fiber and protein and low in sugar and fat.
  9. Do not eat when you are bored or under stress.
  10. Don’t forget that, there is no shortcut for fast weight loss. These shortcuts will increase your complications. So yoga exercise for 1 hour daily is necessary.
  11. Most of the time we have seen that people go for crunches. But you know one thing that these crunches will strengthen abdominal muscle only. your belly will remain as it is. If you want to reduce your belly fat, you have to practice proper asana and some weight training exercise.

    I am 31 …mother of 1 yr baby…had a CS. Delivery ..before pregnancy my waist size was 28 and now it is 36 and 56 kgs ….have tried so many things to reduce my waist but nothing is working out…can you please with yoga poses to loose my fat..

      Increasing weight after delivery is common. Fast walking and jogging is necessary for everyone because it burns fats. If you are walking for 30-60 minutes very slowly then there is no use of walking. Sweating is more important to burn fat. So walk fast for 20-30 minutes.

      Kapalbhati pranayama and other yoga poses are effective in reducing weight. But don’t skip walking or jogging because it is also important.
      Effective yoga poses – Bhujangasana, Pavanamuktasana, Dhanurasana, Suryanamaskar. Regular practice and dedication is important. Keep in mind it will take 1-2 months to come in previous shape. Most of the time people practice for 5 days and give up. This way you are not going to lose weight. Proper eating habit will help to lose weight so follow bellow tips.

      1. Do not skip your break fast. You can have chapattis, eggs (omelette, boiled), fruits like papaya etc.
      2. Avoid junk food.
      3. Ask your doctor for good proteins and nutrition diet.
      4. Drink plenty of water.
      5. Stretching, Walking, jogging, yoga poses and pranayama are important to stay healthy and fit.
      6. Stress depression leads to weight gain. Avoid stress by practicing pranayama daily.
      7. Those want to eat rice, eat less during lunch time and avoid in the evening. In some people it find difficult to digest and it leads to indigestion, constipation and weight gain. Stick to chapatis, fruits and vegetables.
      8. Eat only when you are hungry.
      9. Consume low-fat dairy products
      10. Eat 5 – 6 small meals a day rather than three larger meals.
      11. Apples, oranges, berries, bananas, carrots, and pepper strips are great snack choices.
      12. Limit coldrinks, sodas and other other fluids with sugar and calories.
      13. When you wake up in the morning, drink 2 glass of warm lemon water with honey it will help you to reduce weight. Do not ad sugar.
      14. Keep habit of drinking warm water daily and avoid cold water. Warm water helps for proper digestion and reduces weight. It also flushes out toxins and keeps the stomach clean.
      15. You can have 2 glass of warm lemon honey water after meal. But not immediately, 30 minutes after meal.

      yes you can. Start with kapalbhati pranayama which is breathing exercise. But in if you feel some asana are difficult to practice then avoid it. Precaution is better than cure. Practice slowly and should not over stretch. Kapalbhati pranayama is the one of the best breathing exercise to lose tummy as well as stomach and respiratory disorder.
