1. Shimla Mirch ( Capsicum )
Capsicum or Shimla mirch is a good source of Vitamin A, C, K, potassium, Beta carotene and fibers. To improve eyesight and heart health, it is very important. Red capsicum has more vitamin C than green capsicum ( Shimla mirch ). Hence always include Red or Green Shimla mirch in your meal.

2. Broccoli
In the list of Vitamin C Vegetables, we cant forget broccoli. Broccoli is a good source of fiber, Vitamin C, A, K, calcium, potassium and antioxidant. One cup of Broccoli contain 81 milligram of Vitamin C. Due to Good sources of Antioxidants and Vitamin C it is effective to improve immune system. However overcooking broccoli reduces the amount of Vitamin C hence do not overcook it.

3. Tomatoes
Tomatoes are rich source of Vitamin K, C, A , potassium, folate, antioxidant, iron, beta-carotene, magnesium, manganese, protein and copper. Due to this vitamins and nutrients tomatoes are effective to improves heart heath, vision, digestion, blood pressure and immune system.

4. Cauliflower (Ful Gobhi)
It contains Vitamin C, A, B iodine, potassium, copper, calcium, phosphorous, protein and carbohydrates. Due to rich source of vitamin and nutrients cauliflower is effective to boost immune system. Also it is beneficial in purifying blood, joint pain and stomach disorders.

5. Cabbage (Patta Gobhi )
100 grams of cabbage contain 35-40 mg of Vitamin C. Also it is a good source of magnesium, potassium, calcium, vitamin B6, K, A, manganese, folate, fiber, protein and iron. In all season cabbage is easily available then please include it in your meal.
