      Follow some important tips as follows
      You should drink warm water in the morning on empty stomach.
      Go for walk or jogging if possible.
      Be positive and happy always.
      Drink lauki juice daily in the morning before break fast. Keep in mind lauki vegetable should be sweet. If it is not sweet then avoid it.
      Practice Kapalbhati pranayama and anulom vilom pranayama for 15 to 20 minutes. If cholesterol level is high then you should increase the practice for 30 minutes. Withing 15 days you will see good results definitely.
      Pranayama can be practice in the morning and evening also. But should be done on empty stomach. There should be 5 hours gap between your meal and timing of pranayama practice.

      You are suffering from high sugar level so stay away from sweet products.
      Walking jogging and kapalbhati pranayama is must. It will reduce your sugar level
      Avoid Rice, sugar tea and sugar products. You can eat less rice but in lunch only and not in the dinner. But if you have high sugar then please avoid rice. Morning evening jogging and kapalbhati is must.

      1.Drink more water.
      2.Chew sugar-free gum. Our face has many muscles. If you chew bubble gum it will strengthen face muscles and reduce fat.
      3.Open your mouth as much you can and hold it for 20 seconds. Repeat this for 30 times and 3 times in a day.
      4.Exercise of alphabets X and O. Say “X” for 30 times and “O” for 30 times. You can do this as much you can in a day. This will help you to burn face fat.

    I am 51 years old. Does exercises on 4 days a week, which includes 3.5 kms to 4.5 kms jogging, yoga, stretching exercises and power exercises. Every day morning on empty stomach I take lemon and honey in warm water. I usually drink a lot of water and 5-6 glasses of green tea. I do not smoke and does not consume junk food. Now a days started drinking red wine twice a week. (I stopped smoking and drinking on 2002. I used to smoke 30 cigarettes a day and used to consume 3-4 drinks a day before 2002). I am taking one Lozar 25 tablet per day from 2001 onward.

    Now my Blood Pressure is reading 80-150 range and my resting pulse rate is 50. How can reduce my systolic hypertension and can increase my pulse rate?
