4. Jeera (Cumin)

In addition to Ajwain, you can have Jeera also. Because jeera is also the best home remedy to reduce acidity, pitta, heartburn, and acid reflux.  It is effective home remedies to boost metabolism, release gases, and secret saliva to digest food properly.

After having your food or whenever you will feel acidity, eat half teaspoons of Jira and drink a warm glass of water. Also, you can add a half teaspoon of Jira in a cup of boiling water and have it like a tea.

 5. Ginger, Lemon, and Salt

If you are feeling uncomfortable, belching or acidity after having your food then you should try the mixture of ginger, lemon, and Salt.  It is one of the best home remedies for acidity and belching.

  • Take a piece of Jinger and smash it.
  • Add some drops of lemon and pinch of salt on it.
  • Eat it like a pickle and see.
