Warm Water, Soup, Ginger Tea
In winter we feel less thirsty, so we drink less water.  But in this season water is also more important for our body. Drinking warm water helps to reduce constipation and improve digestion. Drink warm water with lemon juice in the morning on an empty stomach. It will help to clean your stomach as well as helps in weight loss.  so drink warm water after your lunch or dinner. You can include warm soup or ginger tea.

Potatoes, Onion, Beets, Tomatoes, Carrots and Cabbage
To improve our our resistance power, we should include green vegetables as much as you possible. You should include potatoes, onion, beets, tomatoes, carrots and cabbage. Those are good sources of energy, vitamins and nutrients.

Dry Fruits
Eat dry fruits to increase heat the in your body during winter. Include Sesamum indicum (Til), in your food. Til Ladoo provides warmth in winter season. Foods like dates are always a good source of energy. Dates are warm in nature as well as full of fiber, vitamins, calcium, magnesium. Dates are also good choices to eat during winter season.
