Rules for banana diet for weight loss

  1. Eat one or 2 bananas for breakfast with warm water.

  4. It is advisable to have dinner before 8 pm. Stay away from desserts.

  6. Avoid eating dairy products, fatty foods and more sugar products like sweets.
  7. No alcohol.
  8. If possible, avoid rice in dinner.
  9. Before going to bed go for walk for 30 minutes.
  10. Always drink warm water.
