1. Triphala Eye Wash
Triphala powder is one of the best home remedies to improve eyesight. It is also effective in the case of myopia, glaucoma, cataracts, and conjunctivitis. If you are suffering from constipation then Triphala is one of the best home remedies to relieve constipation.
Triphala Churna (powder) is made up of three fruits.
1. Amla (Indian Gooseberry)
2. Bibhitaki – Terminalia Bellirica
3. Haritaki – Terminalia Chebula
Add one tablespoon of Triphala powder in a bowl of water. and stir well and keep it as it is for few minutes. Then strain the water with the help of the fine cloth. Now rinse your eyes with this water once a day for one month.

2. Wash Your Eyes Regularly
To improve your eye health, washing eyes with cold water is necessary. Keep a habit of washing your eyes 4-5 times a day. But do not wash with warm water. It will remove the dust from the eyes and keep them hydrated.
3. Almonds
Almonds are a good source of antioxidants, omega-3 fatty acids, and vitamin E which are effective to improve vision. Also, almonds are effective to improve concentration and memory.
- Take 5-10 almonds and soak it in a water overnight.
- In the morning remove the skin of it and grind it to make a paste.
- Eat the paste of almonds with a warm glass of milk.
- Repeat this for few months.
4. Rose Water
Rose water contains antiseptic and anti-bacterial properties which are effective to remove dust and reduce infection in the eyes. Also due to its cooling effect, it promotes relaxation to the eyes. Use it as an eye drop daily for few months.

6. Indian Gooseberry (Amla)
Amla is also one of the important home remedies to improve eyesight. It is a good source of vitamin C, antioxidants, and essential nutrients.
Add 2-4 teaspoon of amla in a cup of water and drink it in the morning and evening. You can add hone to it. Also, you can eat the product called Muramba which is made up of amla.
