As the traditional yoga practice says,
One should not do any yoga during menstruation. Doing yoga regularly will definitely help during periods.
The women will know the difference!
Please allow plenty of rest during menstruation. Yoga recommends this strongly. Poses that help blood flow
to pelvic region have to be done during non menstruation days!
