Easy Triceps Push Ups Workout at Home and Benefits

It is an excellent and easy workout that can be done at home for building your triceps.  Regular practice of push ups tones your chest, shoulders, forearms, upper arms, and wrists.

Steps for Triceps Push Ups

  1. Lie on the ground on your stomach and hands on both the side. Just relax your body.
  2. Lift your upper body with the help of both the hands as shown in fig.
  3. Hands should be straight and should be perpendicular to the ground and your back, neck, and knees should be straight.
  4. Now Inhale deeply and lower your chest between your hands until there is a 90-degree angle at the elbows as shown in the above image.
  5. Now exhale completely and move upwards that is your starting position.
  6. Beginners can start with 5-10 cycles in the first set. After practicing regularly you can increase as per your stamina.

      1. Do not skip your breakfast.
      2. Increase your food intake. Eat 6 times in a day.
      3. If you are non vegetarian then you can have 3 boil eggs, 2 bananas, chapatis and milk in breakfast.
      4. Banana, dates and milk are the best to increase weight.
      5. Practicing kapalbhati and bhastrika will enhance your immune system and power
      6. If you are going to gym then have banana before going to workout. After workout (20 – 30 minutes later) Should eat protein like boil egg and carbohydrates like rice.
      7. Understand your body first. What does it need?. Consult with your doctor about your lower weight. Because each person having different body type so do not compare your self with others.
      8. No tea and coffee.
      9. Increase the intake of dairy products.
      10.You can increase having non veg if you are comfortable.
      11.Keep in mind only eating more will increase your fat but exercise will bring you in a perfect shape. So practice pranayama, suryanamaskar daily in the morning and evening. because what you eat it should be digest easily and naturally.
      12.Practice stomach exercises like kapalbhati, bhujangasana, dhanurasana, suryanamaskar to reduce increased stomach fat due to over eating.
      13.Stay away from stress and depression. These things will not allow you to increase weight. So practice pranayama
      14.Yogasana, Running and jogging are good for improving your digestive system and make you feel more hungry.
