As you mentioned that you have been practicing karate which is good thing so keep practicing. After all body exercise is very important.
Your weight is about 96kg and you are spending a lazy life for more than 10 years which is not good. You have to exercise for 1-2 hours daily in the morning and in the evening on an empty stomach.
Follow some simple effective tips regularly and see amazing changes in your weight.
1> Avoid rice, fatty foods, sweets, meat, bread, bananas and dairy foods. After all diet is very important.
2> Drink 2 glass of warm water in the morning on an empty stomach daily then go for fast walking or jogging. Sweating is more important to burn your fats.
3> After jogging or fast walking take a rest for 15 minutes then start kapalbhati pranayama. Kapalbhati pranayama is the most recommended breathing exercise to lose your belly fat. Beginners can practice for 2 minutes and other can increase the practice for 15 minutes. Bhujangasana, Suryanamaskar, Pavanamuktasana and Dhanurasana is very important to lose fat and increasing flexibility.
