(July 23, 2014 - 6:28 pm)Hi,
Thanks. You have to check your blood sugar after 2 months. Normal blood sugar is very important for proper body function. It should not high or low. If you are suffering from low blood sugar then only you have to increase the intake of sugar water and other sweets. Keep habit of eating dates which are energy booster and are good source of multiple vitamins. You can keep Glucon d and Electral powder water with you in your bottle. Stress tension and depression is the main cause of diabetes. So be happy always. Improve your lifestyle. Keep practicing pranayama and other yoga poses which improves the function of pancreas. Pranayama plays an important role to stimulate and improving function of body internally. So enjoy it. In future you will never suffer from hypoglycemia if you are practicing it regularly.
Thanks
