In Summer during exercise, the temperature of your body increases, as well as the heat in the atmosphere. But this situation is dangerous for you. 1. Exercise Timing
While exercising in summer, It is better to exercise in the morning or in the evening. During the day the temperature increases and it is not good time for you to exercise. But if it is not possible to you then you should exercise at home or in the gym. Only the temperature of the place should be cool or normal. In short, you should feel open and fresh where you want to exercise.
2. Do Not Overdo
While exercising in summer do not exercise more on the first day. First, understand your body and then increase the time of your exercise. Basically, your body will take some time to adjust to the changing atmosphere. Hence keep some patience. Stop immediately if you feel faint, dizziness, uncomfortable while exercising.
3. Drink More Water
It is one of the important tips for exercising in summer. Yes because as the heat in the atmosphere increases the level of water in the body decreases. Hence to avoid dehydration due to more sweating you should drink more water throughout the day. Also, you should drink some water while exercising. Minimum 8-10 glasses of water (2.5 liters) is necessary per day. Always drink more water whenever you feel thirsty.
If you want to know whether you are drinking enough water throughout the day or not then you should check your urine color. If your urine is pure white then yes or pale yellow then you are not drinking enough water.
4. Loose and Light Clothing
Dark color clothing will absorb more heat and tight clothing will also increase your body temperature while exercising. Hence it is recommended to wear cotton, light and loose clothes in summer.
