my confidence level is so poor .various unoccur thinking across my mind &this is reason i am not concentrate on my study.my depression cause in this time is i loved cricket so much suresh raina my best favourite player.in this time my subconscious mind only thought suresh raina how as a study???i cant concentrate on my study.&every field of life .my parents lots a encourage in this time.but this unoccur thought is not out my mind .as a result my health is so weak.so sir plz help me how am i fully reduce in this negative thinking &get happy life
