  4. Early morning I go to power walk for 45 minutes after that I take bath and take one cup of tea because I am addict of it and do my kitchen work i.e.parpear tiffins for kids. In this work I spend approx 2hours after finished my all kitchen work I do Suryanamaskar for 45 minutes along with some yoga aasana such as triangle , chakraasana, dhanuraasana , bridge, warrior pose 123.
    In this I spend 1hour.
    After take bath again I take my breakfast.
    Now my question is that
    Is this routine OK……..?
    Or should I change. …….
    Pls suggest me.
    My age 44 and my weight is 81 kg height is 5f 2inch .

    1. Ya . Suryanamaskar is better . Because it reduces bellyfat , thighs .. its a full body excercise and try to do pranayama after suryanamaskar for 10mins

  5. I am doing yoga for 4months. I reduced approximately 10kgs. All of them do surya namaskar in monrning and if cannot do chandra namaskar at night. Do yoga for 1 hr is enough. Drink water and avoid junk foods. May be you will reduce 1 or 2 kg is enough. Dont worry. Yoga will help you to stay avtive . It is better and normal way to reduce weight..
