(January 5, 2015 - 7:17 am)Hello,
Always pranayama should be done after Other physical workouts like jogging, jumping, fast walking or rope. You should take rest for 15 – 20 minutes before practicing pranayama. Practice seven pranayama first then start meditation.
Thanks

(February 15, 2014 - 5:37 am)Hi Lalan,
You walk daily for 45 minutes is very good. But we suggest you to drink warm water in the morning on an empty stomach then go for a walk. Jogging is also good if you can. When you will complete your walking or jogging just relax for 15 minutes. Then start pranayama. Read more. http://eyogaguru.com/yoga-pranayama-high-blood-pressure-hypertension/
Todays doctors also recommending prayama for heart patient and blood pressure patient. Because medicines are temporary but regular practice of pranayama will keep you away from your doctor.
Keep in mind 15-20 minutes of pranayama are necessary if you want to stay away from high blood pressure. You can have onion in your lunch and dinner. Because onion is a good natural remedy to fight hypertension and blood pressure.
Seven pranayama are most important to stay away from tension, stress and high blood pressure. If you are suffering from high blood pressure then practice slowly each pranayama.
One more thing you can practice pranayama and yogasana in the morning and evening on an empty stomach. There should be 5 hours gap between eating and practice. Means 5 hours after your lunch. Practice regularly and write us your positive results.
Due to some technical issue we could not reply soon so sorry for that. Thanks for visiting eyogaguru.com. Keep in touch. We will come up with new topics.
